Adenah Bayoh embodies the American dream. After escaping the civil war in Liberia at the age of 13, she immigrated to the U.S. and became one of New Jersey’s most successful entrepreneurs. Adenah is the owner of seven restaurants, including four IHOP franchises, and the co-founder of Cornbread, a fast-casual, farm-to-table soul food restaurant. In addition to her restaurants, she is a prominent real estate developer focused on revitalizing urban communities.
